Before launching Intelier, she was an editor within the regional design media landscape, an experience that gave her deep insight into how the industry operates, how credibility is built, and how visibility translates into opportunity.
Today, she leads the agency’s strategic direction, working closely with founders, developers, architects and interior designers across the UAE and Saudi Arabia. Her role is not just marketing execution, but positioning, helping clients define how they want to be perceived in a competitive market.

Meet Kathryn! She’s our Events and Client Relationship Manager. With over 15 years of experience across events, client relations, marketing and operations, Kathryn leads the delivery behind Intelier’s key platforms. From large-scale industry events like Design Duels, welcoming over 2,000 participants, to highly curated six-person roundtables such as FF&E Talks, she manages projects at both scale and intimacy with clarity and control. Kathryn oversees logistics, timelines and stakeholder coordination, ensuring every activation runs smoothly and reflects the strategic purpose behind it.

Meet Mae! As our Senior Videographer, Mae brings a refined, artistic eye to Intelier’s video production, with a particular strength in creative visual storytelling. Her sense of composition, movement and framing adds a distinctive touch to branded videos, interviews and live activations. She is known for capturing striking angles and thoughtful details that elevate interiors and draw the viewer in. Alongside her creative work, Mae continues to expand her expertise in AI-based video creation, blending technology with artistry to produce visually engaging content that stands out.

Meet Sandeep! As our Videographer and Editor, Sandeep plays a key role in Intelier’s event coverage and post-production workflow. Known for his speed and efficiency, he leads the editing of all event highlight videos, always delivering polished content within super tight timelines. Whether filming dynamic live settings or structured interviews, he captures footage with clarity and technical control. In post-production, he focuses on pacing, colour grading and clean transitions to ensure each video reflects both the energy of the moment and the strategic intent behind it. Reliable and highly responsive, Sandeep ensures our content moves as fast as the industry does.

Meet Saged! As our Social Media Manager, Saged leads Intelier’s Arabic content strategy, ensuring our messaging resonates clearly and authentically with regional audiences. From developing platform-specific captions to managing community engagement, he brings cultural awareness and digital fluency to every channel. With a strong understanding of audience behaviour, trends and performance metrics, Saged ensures our Arabic presence remains consistent, relevant and aligned with each client’s positioning.

Meet Nerissa! As our Social Media Executive and with experience managing digital platforms for luxury brands such as Marc Jacobs and Furla, Nerissa brings a strong understanding of premium brand positioning and audience engagement. She oversees campaign execution from pre-event build-up to live coverage and post-event momentum, ensuring each initiative maintains consistency across platforms. With a clear grasp of platform dynamics, analytics and content pacing, Nerissa develops social narratives that strengthen visibility, drive engagement and support measurable growth for our clients.

Meet Maja! Our Accounts and HR Manager, Maja is overseeing financial operations and leading our Belgrade office. Methodical and detail-oriented, Maja manages budgeting, reporting and financial tracking to ensure sustainable growth and operational control. She also oversees HR processes, maintaining structure across recruitment, compliance and team administration. Her oversight provides the stability that allows the creative and production teams to operate with focus and confidence. Trusted for her precision, reliability and discretion, Maja plays a critical role in protecting the financial and organisational foundation of Intelier.

Meet Mariz! As our Office and Events Coordinator, Mariz keeps Intelier’s daily operations running smoothly, managing schedules, coordinating logistics and supporting event delivery across the team. She ensures internal processes stay organised so projects move forward without disruption.
At the heart of the company culture, Mariz makes sure milestones are celebrated and traditions are honoured. From birthdays and cakes to celebrating Christmas, Diwali and Ramadan, she brings the team together and ensures the coffee never runs out. Her attention to detail and proactive approach bring both structure and warmth to the office, supporting the team behind the scenes so everything runs as it should.

Meet Jan! As our Graphic Designer, Jan leads the visual identity and brand direction across Intelier’s platforms and client portfolios. From social media campaigns and company presentations to pitch decks and full rebrand strategies, she translates complex ideas into clear, confident visual systems. She has developed the visual language for major industry initiatives such as Design Duels, FF&E Talks and Talking Walls, ensuring each platform has a distinctive and recognisable presence.
Jan is particularly skilled at adapting global brand guidelines into locally relevant content for international brands such as Interface, BoConcept and Humanscale, balancing creativity with strategic clarity across every touchpoint.

Meet Ankit Nagevadiya, our skilled Web Developer who brings a wealth of technical expertise to our team. With years of experience in web development, Ankit is an expert at crafting intuitive and responsive websites that deliver exceptional user experiences. He has a deep understanding of various programming languages, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP, enabling him to create aesthetically pleasing and highly functional websites. Ankit is a great team player, always willing to share his knowledge and collaborate with designers and other developers to bring projects to life. He is also skilled in using various web development tools and frameworks such as React, Angular, and Vue.

Meet Fazlan Marrikar, our Senior Digital Media Manager, an expert in lead generation, managing campaigns across SEO/SEM, and driving results. With an MBA from the University of Sri Jayawardanapura, Sri Lanka, Fazlan’s previous role as a digital manager for a global marketing agency showcased his prowess in leading teams and managing diverse client portfolios, from global corporates to homegrown brands.
